WEBINAR

Download the recording of  ”Live imaging of host-pathogen interactions” hosted by Prof. Pontus Nordenfelt and Simone Lepper

Pathogenic bacteria are armed with many mechanisms to colonize and invade human cells. Live fluorescent microscopy is a great tool for studies of these interactions but comes with several limitations in order to achieve a quantitative understanding of the pathogenic processes. Prof. Pontus Nordenfelt will describe the work in his group where they are using the AI-based NIS.clarify module to enhance the analysis of host cell cytoskeletal dysregulation during host-pathogen interactions.

Date: Recorded webinar from 4th of May 2021
Time: 10:30 CEST
Duration: 1 hour

Webinar content include

  • Studying host-pathogen interactions: the example of an imaging and analysis pipeline
  • Applying the NIS.clarify module to live wide-field microscopy images
  • Label-free imaging
  • Reduce the phototoxicity and photobleaching with low light conditions
