The Nikon Eclipse L200/L300 is an upright, ergonomic microscope designed for inspection in electronics manufacturing.
Versatile and robust industrial microscopes
Nikon’s L200/L300-N (ND) series is a collection of versatile and stable industrial microscopes. They are user-friendly and ergonomic and with their large stages they are suitable for inspection of, for example, large wafers. They are used today by leading industrial companies in electronics manufacturing. The microscope’s objective turret is motorized as standard. The objective is changed at the touch of a button or via the software, which automatically detects which objective is being used and provides the correct calibration. The risk of static electrical discharge is also reduced.
The tables can be motorized for best ergonomics and control of the X/Y movements. If your objects are transparent, the microscopes in the series are also available with ND under illumination. The L200/300 can be equipped with objectives with magnifications from 1X to 150X and both brightfield, darkfield, polarization, DIC and fluorescence. An automatic wafer loader can be connected to the L200N(ND) for inspection of wafers. Then in a system called NWL-200.
