Technical service and accredited calibration
Our service engineers are specially trained and certified by our suppliers to perform installation, service, calibration, validation and documentation work on the instruments and microscopes we represent. We understand that the equipment you have from BergmanLabora is an important part of your work and that you need fast and accurate help if things go wrong. We therefore offer service contracts on the equipment, tailored to your needs and use, including e.g. validation and certification. For microscopes, we can also offer these services on brands other than Nikon. If necessary, we also call on the help of suppliers’ experts.
We also offer accredited calibration for instruments such as strain gauges, hardness testers, tensile testing, pressure testing and impact testing machines. After an accredited calibration, you can be sure that your equipment is checked according to approved standards and by certified personnel.

Our sales representatives are also product specialists with in-depth knowledge of the use and application areas of the equipment we represent. We offer our customers training, support and assistance and therefore our employees need to maintain a high level of knowledge and be able to understand the customer’s issues. We maintain our knowledge through training at our suppliers, through seminars, conferences and other trainings. We can also offer tailor-made support contracts for customers who want them.
