LED illumination for fluorescence microscopy (with excitation 365-650nm) from DAPI to Cy5
pE-300 is a series of easy-to-use LED lights with a wide range of wavelengths covering the most common fluorescent colorations. They are supplied with a control unit for quick on/off function and intensity control from 0-100%. pE-300-White and pE-300-Ultra also offer individual control of 3 different wavelength ranges (DAPI, FITC and for example Cy3/TxsRed) and can be controlled from the NIS Elements software via USB or TTL. By avoiding lamp changes, time-consuming lamp centering and heating/cooling time, it is not only very environmentally friendly but also a simple and convenient alternative to Hg lamps.

- Is a very affordable Broad Spectrum – covers UV (DAPI) to red region (Cy5)
- Fits existing single and multiband filters – no need to buy new filters
- Controlled via software (pE-300-White and pE-300-Ultra)
