Structured Illumination Microscopy
Nikon will demonstrate its super-resolution system N-SIM E. This system uses Structured Illumination Microscopy to achieve twice the resolution of standard microscopy. The technology is also fast enough to be used for living cells. N-SIM E is an affordable system that can also be installed on existing microscopes.
