CFI60 Plan Apochromat Lambda S objectives with “Nano Crystal Coat” have superior chromatic correction and highest resolution (NA) vs. working distance. The objectives are corrected for use with silicone immersion designed for slightly thicker samples with a refractive index ~1.4.
