CFI60 Plan Fluor lenses are available with and without phase contrast or Modulation contrast and are usually designed for use with cover glass (0.17 mm).

CFI60 Super Fluor objectives have extended UV transmission, optimal for e.g. Ca+ experiments (FURA-2).

CFI60 S Plan Fluor ELWD lenses are available with and without phase contrast and have a corrective lens designed for use with or without a cover lens and plastic base.

The CFI60 S Plan Fluor LWD lenses are available with and without high NA phase contrast and a corrective lens designed for use with or without a cover glass and plastic base.
