The pE-800 is an LED fluorescent light that can be quickly switched between 8 different wavelengths. It uses the latest LED technologies that deliver high intensity across the entire spectrum 365nm – 740nm.
The pE-800 is controlled from PC either from the included LightBrige software or other software such as NIS-Elements or µManager. Ideal for minimizing phototoxicity and bleaching of fluorochromes. With double/triple filters in the microscope, the ability to switch between excitation wavelengths within 1ms is achieved. Ideal for optogenetics, electrophysiology or timelapse fluorescence applications without the need for external filter wheels.
The pE-800 can be controlled from the NIS Elements software via USB or TTL.
LED lighting unit pE-800 offers:

- Broad spectrum – covers UV (DAPI) to NIR (Cy7)
- Space for excitation filters
