UCI Hardness tester alphaDUR mini II

alphaDUR mini II is the fourth generation of the well-proven alphaDUR series, which has been used in industrial hardness testing for many years.

The instrument is very easy to use as all information is clearly displayed on the large LCD display. Hardness scale and material can be quickly changed with dedicated function buttons.

Thanks to the UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) measurement method, measurements can be performed:

  • quickly
  • with high precision
  • independent of measurement angle

The measurement is displayed immediately after the test load is applied.

Depending on the application and the characteristics of the test surface, test loads between 0.3 kg (HV0.3) and 10 kg (HV10) can be used.

Information on choosing the right probe can be found in the manufacturer’s application documentation.
