It uses the latest LED technologies that deliver high intensity across the entire spectrum 365nm &#8211; 740nm. <\/p>\n<p>The pE-800 is controlled from PC either from the included LightBrige software or other software such as NIS-Elements or \u00b5Manager. Ideal for minimizing phototoxicity and bleaching of fluorochromes. With double\/triple filters in the microscope, the ability to switch between excitation wavelengths within 1ms is achieved.
