It uses a patented monolith to combine the laser beams and an AOTF for intensity control. <\/p>\n<h3>Cost-effective laser box<\/h3>\n<p>LU-N3 and LU-N4 are controlled by Nikon confocal units or via PC from NIS-Elements. A cost-effective and robust laser box for a variety of microscopy applications\/modalities. With double\/triple filters in the microscope, the ability to switch between excitation wavelengths within 1ms is obtained.
