SPECTRA uses patented Light Engine technology that delivers higher intensity than conventional LED lights over the entire spectrum 380nm &#8211; 750nm. <\/p>\n<p>SPECTRA is controlled via PC either from the supplied SPECTRA GUI software or other software such as NIS-Elements or \u00b5Manager. Ideal for minimizing phototoxicity and bleaching of fluorochromes. With double\/triple filters in the microscope, the ability to switch between excitation wavelengths within 1ms is achieved.
