The Nikon VOXLS 20 Series is a compact and powerful industrial X-ray and computed tomography (CT) system that offers high-resolution, non-destructive inspection in a space-efficient format. With a maximum scanning energy of up to 225 kV and an industry-leading inspection volume of 555 mm in diameter and 759 mm in height, it is ideal for quality control in electronics, additive manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and medical industries.

The system features a motorized dual X-ray source – a 225 kV reflection source for high productivity and a 160 kV transmission source for maximum resolution – allowing quick switching between different inspection needs. The metrology-grade manipulator with granite base and rigid steel tower ensures exceptional mechanical and thermal stability, providing accurate and repeatable data collection

User-friendly features such as quick-opening motorized doors (under 4 seconds), large observation window and automated filament optimization improve workflow and reduce maintenance needs. In addition, the system supports advanced scan modes such as X.Tend Helical CT, Offset.CT, Panel Shift CT and Tilted CT, and is ready for automation with Nikon Automation OPC UA interface.
