Affordable zoom stereo microscope
The Nikon SMZ445 is a small, compact and easy-to-use Greenough stereo microscope. The long working distance of 100 mm provides ample space for specimen handling and the zoom optics with 0.8X – 3.5X magnification provide very good optical performance. Combine the 10X, 15X, 20X or 30X eyepieces with the built-in 1X objective or the optional 0.5X or 0.7X objectives/prefixed lenses to obtain a total magnification range from 4X to 105X.
There are several different table stands to choose from both with and without integrated under-lighting. Lighting is a very important part of a stereomicroscope and in addition to stands with under-lighting, we have both spot and ring lighting in the range to adapt the microscope to your particular area of use.
