The compact yet sturdy MM-200 model can be equipped with a 50 x 50 mm X/Y stage and accommodates samples up to 110 mm high. With its monocular measuring head and 1X, 3X, 5X or 10X objective, it offers accurate and reliable measurements.
MM-400
The MM-400 extends the measuring area up to 150 x 100 mm with sample height up to 150 mm and sample weight up to 15 kg. You can choose between monocular or binocular measuring head and the Universal model can also be equipped with a lens turret with space for up to 6 lenses. Measurement in Z-axis is also possible.
MM-800
MM-800 is the largest model and offers measuring tables with X/Y stroke length up to 300 x 200 mm, sample height 200 mm and sample weight 20 kg. Binocular or trinocular measuring head that can also be equipped with up to 6 lenses depending on the model variant. Motorized Z-joint measurement, focusing aid, integrated Z-scale and various illumination options.
All microscopes can be equipped with a camera for measurement and documentation.
