Nikon Apokromat TIRF and SR (Super-Resolution) lenses are designed for systems that require the highest optical corrections.
The CFI60 Apochromat TIRF has superior chromatic correction (425-1064 nm) and highest resolution (NA=1.49). The objectives are optimized for use with TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) and Single Molecule applications.
Super Resolution Technology
The CFI60 SR and HP Apochromat lenses have superior chromatic correction, highest resolution and best PSF (Point Spread Function). The lenses are optimized for use with high laser power (HP=High Power) and/or have market leading spherical aberration correction for Super Resolution techniques such as SIM (Structured Illumination), STORM (Localization), STED (Depletion) or any other Super Resolution technique.
