Nikon’s CFI60-2 lenses are designed to be integrated into industrial microscope systems for manufacturing and inspection where the need for high precision is important. The lenses’ innovative design provides sharp and high-contrast images in techniques such as brightfield, darkfield, polarization, epifluorescence and differential interference contrast (DIC).
Long working distance lenses with color aberration correction
Nikon’s CFI60-2 lenses are designed with a Phase Fresnel lens in addition to the conventional lenses. The combination of these two lens elements corrects for chromatic aberration, resulting in high quality images without any color aberration. In addition, the short distance between the two lenses allows the lenses to have longer working distances.
Tu Plan BD series: One lens for all contrast techniques
Nikon’s CFI lenses are available in different classes depending on contrast technique and working distance. Magnifications range from 1 X to 150 X. With the Tu Plan BD series, the same lens can be used for brightfield, darkfield, interference contrast (DIC), polarized light and epifluorescence. All lenses are lightweight and designed to be used without cover glass.
